Prices

Prices and titles for each collection are subject to change based on market availability.

In order to expedite shipment, we reserve the right to substitute titles based on reading level, genre, theme, similar price point etc. or ship the set incomplete with a credit applied to your invoice.

Shipping & Handling is free for all orders above $50. A flat non-refundable $9.99 fee will be attached at checkout for any order below $50. This applies to orders within the contiguous United States.

Orders outside of the contiguous United States will be subject to a 30% shipping surcharge. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@stepstoliteracy.com

Please note, some orders that require delivery via truck may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be quoted prior to shipment.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-2804 to receive a return confirmation number within in 30 days of delivery.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

*We do not accept returns on custom curated products.

**Returns must be in resalable condition and include a copy of your packing list in order to ensure credit is properly applied.

***Due to copyright laws, books on CD, audio books and DVD's are not refundable once opened.

Tax Exemption & Purchase Orders

Any institution that has tax exempt status should create an account and submit their tax exemption paperwork via email. Purchase orders can be submitted online, but will not be processed until a purchase order is sent via email to customerservice@stepstoliteracy.com
