Should you be dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department (800)-895-2804 to arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition, and include a copy of the packing list in order to receive full credit. Due to copyright laws, audio tapes, books on tape, videos, CDs and DVDs are not refundable once opened. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the return.

Damaged Shipments
